Medical Director
A six-clinic Community Health Center system is looking for an outdoor-loving Medical Director with OB skills to lead their team in rural Idaho. Ideal candidates will have 5 years experience and a desire to serve the underserved.
The Medical Director is a senior level leadership position with responsibility for all clinical services at FHS sites. This responsibility includes the authority to oversee all aspects of healthcare delivery including planning, resource allocation, growth and development, regulatory compliance, quality, efficiency and the recruitment and supervision of all medical staff. (7 medical clinic sites and 22 providers)This is a fulltime position with clinical and administrative duties; approximately 75% clinical and 25% administrative. Clinical duties include inpatient and outpatient services as a primary care physician including on-call responsibilities. The Medical Director is directly accountable to the FHS CEO.

Hours are 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. with no late clinics or weekend hours. Shared hospital call schedule is 1 in 5.
