Community Family Health Clinic

Community Family Clinic (or Clínica Communitaria Familiar), a service of Community Council of Idaho, recently opened its doors in an effort to assist Idaho migrant and seasonal farm workers, their families and the entire community. The clinic accepts patients who do not have insurance and have difficulties paying the high price of healthcare.

The Snake River runs through beautiful downtown Idaho Falls where Community Family Clinic is located. Idaho Falls is a clean and prosperous community with friendly residents. This city offers something for a variety of interests, no matter the weather or season including fishing, camping, mountain climbing, snowboarding and skiing, all within a two-hour drive. Shopping is unlimited with excellent stores, a healthy downtown, various box stores, and a 60-acre shopping mall. Community Family Clinic is within just a few short blocks of both Eastern Idaho Regional Medical Center and Mountain View Hospital .

Community Family Clinic opened its doors in Idaho Falls on May 18, 2005, after receiving Federal Grant Monies (awarded December 2004) geared toward assisting migrant and seasonal farm workers who otherwise would not receive healthcare. Satellite clinics offering the same services on a limited basis are now open in Roberts and Blackfoot as well.

At Community Family Clinic, we believe that everyone is entitled to medical care regardless of their ability to pay. All major insurances are accepted as well as Medicaid, Medicare and a Sliding Fee Scale, which is available for patients who could not otherwise afford healthcare.
